Common use of SEVERANCE CLAUSE Clause in Contracts

SEVERANCE CLAUSE. If any term of these Terms and Conditions or the Purchase Order is invalid or unenforceable under any statute, regulation, ordinance, executive Purchase Order, or other rule of law, that term will be mutually replaced by the parties to the extent necessary to comply with such statute, regulation, ordinance, Purchase Order or rule, and the remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions and the Purchase Order will remain fully in effect.
