Common use of SEVERANCE CLAUSE Clause in Contracts

SEVERANCE CLAUSE. If any term of this agreement is, in whole or in part, held to be illegal or unenforceable to any extent under any enactment or rule of law, that term or part shall to that extent be deemed not to form part of this agreement and the enforceability of the remainder of this agreement shall not be affected.
