Common use of SEVERANCE CLAUSE Clause in Contracts

SEVERANCE CLAUSE. Should any provisions of this Agreement be found unlawful by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in force. Upon issuance of such a decision, the parties shall meet as soon as practical to attempt to renegotiate the invalidated provision(s).
