Severance Incentive. The purpose of the severance program in School District 281 is to reward full-time nutrition services employees for service rendered over a long period of time.
Severance Incentive. In addition to the above, in Section 1, Subdivision 2, for those employees who meet the severance eligibility in Section 1 and have accumulation of 120 days sick leave on July 1 of any year, the district will pay .25 an hour for hours worked the prior year (July 1 – June 30) towards post retirement health benefits when the employee retires.
