Severance Pay/Longevity Pay. 12.5.1 The employee’s severance pay shall be based on one-half (1/2) of the employee’s regular daily base pay when they terminate their employment for each day of accumulated sick leave, not to exceed one thousand, five hundred dollars ($1,500) by the district.
