Common use of SEWAGE FACILITY ORDER Clause in Contracts

SEWAGE FACILITY ORDER. The Parties agree that the 1988 Rules for El Paso County, Texas, Private Sewage Facilities, and any lawfully adopted successor orders, to include, but not limited to the February 17, 1997 Sewage Facility Order, shall apply to the CITY OF XXXXXXX, and shall be enforceable by the County and its designated employees within the CITY OF XXXXXXX.

SEWAGE FACILITY ORDER. The Parties agree that the 1988 Rules for El Paso County, Texas, Private Sewage Facilities, and any lawfully adopted successor orders, to include, but not limited to the February 17, 1997 Sewage Facility Order, shall apply to the CITY OF XXXXXXXCity of El Paso, and shall be enforceable by the County and its designated employees within the CITY OF XXXXXXXCity of El Paso.

The Parties agree that the 1988 Rules for El Paso County, Texas, Private Sewage Facilities, and any lawfully adopted successor orders, to include, but not limited to the February 17, 1997 Sewage Facility Order, shall apply to the CITY OF XXXXXXXEL PASO COUNTY TORNILLO WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT , and shall be enforceable by the County and its designated employees within the CITY OF XXXXXXXEL PASO COUNTY TORNILLO WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT .

SEWAGE FACILITY ORDER. The Parties agree that the 1988 Rules for El Paso County, Texas, Private Sewage Facilities, and any lawfully adopted successor orders, to include, but not limited to the February 17, 1997 Sewage Facility Order, shall apply to the CITY TOWN OF XXXXXXXXXXXX, and shall be enforceable by the County and its designated employees within the CITY TOWN OF XXXXXXXXXXXX.

SEWAGE FACILITY ORDER. The Parties agree that the 1988 Rules for El Paso County, Texas, Private Sewage Facilities, and any lawfully adopted successor orders, to include, but not limited to the February 17, 1997 Sewage Facility Order, shall apply to the CITY OF XXXXXXXTown of Xxxxx, and shall be enforceable by the County and its designated employees within the CITY OF XXXXXXXTown of Xxxxx.
