MATERIAL SAFETY All manufacturers, importers, suppliers, or distributors of hazardous chemicals doing business in this State must provide a copy of the current Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for any hazardous chemical to their direct purchasers of that chemical.
Proposed Corrective Action Plan Simultaneously with the submission of the Audit, the Recipient will submit to OCR for its review and approval a proposed Corrective Action Plan to address all inaccessible content and functionality identified during the Recipient’s Audit. The proposed Corrective Action Plan will set out a detailed schedule for: (1) addressing problems, taking into account identified priorities, with all corrective actions to be completed within 18 months of the date OCR approved the Corrective Action Plan; (2) setting up systems of accountability and verifying claims of accessibility by vendors or open sources; and setting up a system of testing and accountability to maintain the accessibility of all online content and functionality on an ongoing basis.
Credit Reporting; Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (a) With respect to each Mortgage Loan, each Sexxxxxx xxxxxx xx xully furnish, in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and its implementing regulations, accurate and complete information (e.g., favorable and unfavorable) on its borrower credit files to Equifax, Experian and TransUnion Credit Information Company (three of the credit repositories), on a monthly basis. Material Safety Data Sheet Seller shall provide to Buyer with each delivery any Material Safety Data Sheet applicable to the work in conformance with and containing such information as required by the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 and regulations promulgated thereunder or its State approved counterpart.
Drug Free Workplace Act The Contractor will assure a drug-free workplace in accordance with 45 CFR Part 76.

REQUIRED PRICE PROPOSAL RESPONSE All pricing must be fixed cost, inclusive of all expenses and fees if this Statement of Work proposal is for a fixed price agreement. (Remove if Time and Materials agreement) For Time and Materials the pricing proposal must include estimated effort hours, hourly rate for proposed personnel, projected timeline, including timing expectations for the State functional and technical resources and be submitted as a separate document from the rest of the proposal. Regulation M Notice Unless the exceptive provisions set forth in Rule 101(c)(1) of Regulation M under the Exchange Act are satisfied with respect to the Shares, the Company shall give the Manager at least one Business Day’s prior notice of its intent to sell any Shares in order to allow the Manager time to comply with Regulation M.
No Stabilization or Manipulation; Compliance with Regulation M The Company will not take, and will ensure that no affiliate of the Company will take, directly or indirectly, any action designed to or that might cause or result in stabilization or manipulation of the price of the Shares or any reference security with respect to the Shares, whether to facilitate the sale or resale of the Offered Shares or otherwise, and the Company will, and shall cause each of its affiliates to, comply with all applicable provisions of Regulation M.
