(a) Safety Plan/EMS Requirements. During the Term of this Agreement, Permittee shall, at its own expense, maintain and carry, in full force and effect, any and all insurance identified in Exhibit A to this Agreement.

The first sentence of the eighth paragraph of Section 7-1.04, "Public Safety," of the 2018 Standard Specifications is amended to read: “Signs, lights, flags, and other warning and safety devices and their use shall conform to the requirements set forth in Part 6 of the California Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD).”
B. Any work performed on or near a roadway must be in accordance with safety standards set forth in Sections 7-1.03, "Public Convenience," and 7-1.04, "Public Safety," of the 2018 Standard Specifications.

Public Safety. Applicant shall comply with all public safety requirements regarding access to and from the Property and pedestrian and vehicular traffic in and around the Property. Applicant shall not block or allow to be blocked any streets abutting the Property without the permission from the City. Aerial Luminaries “Sky Lanterns” are not allowed in City Parks or within the City Limits at any time.
Public Safety. It is agreed, if any repairs to the elements of the Project must be performed to address or prevent a public hazard, the City will immediately protect the area from public access, contact the appropriate MDT District Maintenance Office, and make reasonable and timely effort to correct or repair the hazard.
Public Safety. ICOE certifies that, in the employment of ICOE employees providing services under this Agreement, it has complied with the employment and fingerprinting requirements set out in Education Code section 45125 et seq.
Public Safety. Tenant will not throw anything out of doors, windows or skylights, down passageways or over walls. Tenant will not use any fire exits or stairways in the Building except in case of emergency.

The Hirer shall comply with all conditions and regulations made in respect of the premises by the Fire Authority, Local Authority, the Magistrate’s Court or otherwise, particularly in connection with any event which includes public dancing or music or other similar public entertainment or stage plays and shall ensure that such events shall not involve the infringement of any copyrights or performing rights.
Public Safety. The Hirer undertakes to observe the Building’s standard fire precautions pertaining to the Premises. In particular, the Hirer shall take steps to ensure that it is aware of the action to be taken in the event of fire including the need to call the Fire Brigade and how to evacuate the Premises; the location and use of fire equipment; the escape routes from the Premises and the need to keep them clear.
