Common use of SGEU Long Term Disability Premiums Clause in Contracts

SGEU Long Term Disability Premiums. The Employer shall facilitate the deduction of the SGEU Long Term Disability premiums as directed by the Union. The Union shall notify the Employer and 3sHealth payroll designate, in writing, of the amount of Long Term Disability premiums to be deducted from the Employee’s earnings not less than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the effective date of any changes to the Long Term Disability premiums.
