Common use of Share Award Clause in Contracts

Share Award. The Company hereby awards to the Grantee _________ shares ("Shares") of common stock of the Company ("Common Stock") pursuant to the Provident Financial Holdings, Inc. 2010 Equity Incentive Plan, as the same may be amended from time to time (the "Plan"), and upon the terms and conditions and subject to the restrictions in the Plan and as hereinafter set forth. A copy of the Plan, as currently in effect, is incorporated herein by reference and is attached hereto.

Share Award. The Company Corporation hereby awards to the Grantee _________ shares ("Shares") of common stock of the Company Corporation ("Common Stock") pursuant to the Provident Capitol Federal Financial Holdings, Inc. 2010 Equity Incentive 2000 Recognition and Retention Plan, as the same may be amended from time to time (the "Plan"), and upon the terms and conditions and subject to the restrictions in the Plan and as hereinafter set forththis Agreement. A copy of the Plan, as currently in effect, is incorporated herein by reference and is attached hereto.

Share Award. The Company hereby awards to the Grantee _________ shares ("“Shares"”) of common stock of the Company ("“Common Stock"”) pursuant to the Provident Financial Holdings, Inc. 2010 2013 Equity Incentive Plan, as the same may be amended from time to time (the "“Plan"”), and upon the terms and conditions and subject to the restrictions in the Plan and as hereinafter set forth. A copy of the Plan, as currently in effect, is incorporated herein by reference and is attached hereto.

Share Award. The Company hereby awards to the Grantee _________ shares ("the “Shares"”) of common stock of the Company ("the “Common Stock"”) pursuant to the Provident Financial Holdings, Inc. 2010 Equity Incentive Plan, as the same may be amended from time to time (the "Plan")be amended, and upon the terms and conditions and subject to the restrictions in the Plan therein and as hereinafter set forth. A copy of the Plan, Plan as currently in effect, effect is incorporated herein by reference and is attached hereto.

The Company hereby awards to the Grantee _________ shares ("“Shares"”) of common stock of the Company ("“Common Stock"”) pursuant to the Provident Financial HoldingsMonarch Community Bancorp, Inc. 2010 Equity Incentive 2014 Stock Compensation Plan, as the same may be amended from time to time (the "“Plan"”), and upon the terms and conditions and subject to the restrictions in the Plan and as hereinafter set forthforth in this Restricted Stock Agreement (the “Agreement”). A copy of the Plan, as currently in effect, has been provided to the Grantee and is incorporated herein by reference and is attached hereto.
