Common use of Share Certificates; Partial Exercise Clause in Contracts

Share Certificates; Partial Exercise. In the event of any exercise of the rights represented by this Warrant, certificates for the applicable class and amount of Warrant Shares so purchased shall be delivered to the Holder promptly and, unless this Warrant has been fully exercised in accordance with Sections 3(a) or 3(b) hereof, a new Warrant representing the balance of the Warrant Shares with respect to which this Warrant shall not have been exercised shall also be issued to the Holder within such time.
