Common use of Share Option Schemes Clause in Contracts

Share Option Schemes. The Company has established share option schemes and, subject to the rules of such schemes, the Officer shall be eligible to participate in these schemes. The Officer hereby agrees and accepts that the grant of any option or other right pursuant to such schemes or the termination or variation of such schemes shall not constitute or give rise to any claim or right of action against the Company under this Contract in respect of such grant, termination or variation.
