Share Registers. Every Meta Shareholder from whom a Meta Share is transferred and acquired pursuant to the Arrangement shall be removed from the register of holders of Meta Shares at the Effective Time and shall cease to have any rights in respect of such Meta Shares, and Canco shall become the holder of such Meta Shares and shall be added to that register at the Effective Time and shall be entitled as of that time to all of the rights and privileges attached to the Meta Shares. Every Meta Shareholder who acquires Exchangeable Shares and/or RTO Acquiror Shares pursuant to the Arrangement shall be added to the register of holders of Exchangeable Shares and/or RTO Acquiror Shares, as applicable, and shall be entitled as of the Effective Time to all of the rights and privileges attached to the Exchangeable Shares and/or RTO Acquiror Shares, as the case may be.
