BRANCH REGISTERS. The Company may, subject to the provisions of the Companies Law or any other applicable law that may substitute such provisions, keep in every other country where those provisions shall apply, a register or registers of shareholders living in that other country as aforesaid, and to exercise any other powers referred to in the laws with respect to such branch registers.
BRANCH REGISTERS. Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Law and to all orders and regulations issued thereunder, the Company may cause branch registers to be kept in any place outside Israel as the Board of Directors may think fit, and, subject to all applicable requirements of law, the Board of Directors may from time to time adopt such rules and procedures as it may think fit in connection with the keeping of such branch registers.
BRANCH REGISTERS. Upon the written request of the Company, authorized by a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Company, the Trust Company will cause branch registers (the "Branch Registers") to be maintained by it or by a co-transfer agent as required by law on the same terms and conditions as the Principal Registers are to be maintained, with any necessary changes, in cities other than Vancouver.
BRANCH REGISTERS. In addition to the central securities register, the Company may maintain branch securities registers.
BRANCH REGISTERS. 119. The Company may, subject to and in accordance with the provisions of Section 138 of the Companies Act and to all orders and directions made and/or to be made by virtue of the said Sections, or any of them, keep branch registers in any place outside of Israel, as the Board of Directors may deem fit, and, subject to the Requirements of the Law, the Board of Directors may from time to time make and alter such regulations as it may deem fit in connection with the keeping of such branch registers. BRANCH REGISTERS. The Company may exercise the powers conferred by the Ordinance and may cause to be kept in any place outside Hong Kong a branch register of Members. The Board of Directors may, subject to the Ordinance, make or vary from time to time such provisions as it thinks fit respecting the keeping of any such branch register and the transfer of shares to, on or from any such branch register and shall comply with the requirements of any local law.
