Share Transfer Agent. The Company has informed the Investor of the name of its share transfer agent and represents and warrants that the transfer agent participates in the Depository Trust Company Fast Automated Securities Transfer program. The Company shall not change its share transfer agent without the prior written consent of the Investor.
Share Transfer Agent. The Company’s share transfer agent is VStock Transfer, LLC. To the Company’s knowledge, such transfer agent participates in the Depository Trust Company Fast Automated Securities Transfer program. For so long as any Investor holds Investor Securities, the Company shall not change its share transfer agent without the prior written consent of the Requisite Holders.

To the Company’s knowledge, such transfer agent participates in the Depository Trust Company Fast Automated Securities Transfer program. For so long as any Investor holds Investor Securities, the Company shall not change its share transfer agent without the prior written consent of the Requisite Holder, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
Share Transfer Agent. The Company represents and warrants that the transfer agent used by the Company is Computershare Trust Company, N.A., which participates in the Depository Trust Company Fast Automated Securities Transfer program. The Company shall not change its share transfer agent without the prior written consent of the majority in interest of the Investors.
Share Transfer Agent. (1) The Company may designate a transfer agent for its shares.
Share Transfer Agent. M/s. Sharex Dynamic (India) Private Limited, Mumbai has been appointed as a common agency for both physical and Electronic Connectivity for dematerialization of shares. All requests for dematerialization of shares are processed and confirmation thereof is sent to the shareholders within 21 days of the receipt thereof.
