Common use of Shared Excess Available Principal Collections Clause in Contracts

Shared Excess Available Principal Collections. (a) Shared Excess Available Principal Collections from each Series of Asset Pool One Notes and the Excess Funding Amount for Asset Pool One shall be shared among each Series of Asset Pool One Notes, including the CHASEseries. Shared Excess Available Principal Collections allocable to the CHASEseries with respect to any Monthly Period shall be treated as CHASEseries Available Principal Collections for such Monthly Period and applied on the applicable Note Transfer Date in the immediately succeeding Monthly Period. (b) Shared Excess Available Principal Collections with respect to any Monthly Period shall be shared by each Series of Asset Pool One Notes to cover the applicable Series Available Principal Collections Shortfalls, if any, for each Series of Asset Pool One Notes for such Monthly Period and applied on the applicable Note Transfer Date in the immediately succeeding Monthly Period. Shared Excess Available Principal Collections allocable to the CHASEseries with respect to any Monthly Period shall mean an amount equal to the Series Available Principal Collections Shortfall, if any, with respect to the CHASEseries for such Monthly Period; provided, however, that if the aggregate amount of Shared Excess Available Principal Collections for all Series of Asset Pool One Notes for such Monthly Period is less than the Aggregate Series Available Principal Collections Shortfall for such Monthly Period, then Shared Excess Available Principal Collections allocable to the CHASEseries with respect to such Monthly Period shall equal the product of (i) Shared Excess Available Principal Collections for all Series of Asset Pool One Notes for such Monthly Period and (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Series Available Principal Collections Shortfall with respect to the CHASEseries for such Monthly Period and the denominator of which is the Aggregate Series Available Principal Collections Shortfall for such Monthly Period.

Shared Excess Available Principal Collections. (c) Unless otherwise specified in the Indenture Supplement for any other Series in Shared Excess Available Principal Collections Group One, any Shared Excess Available Principal Collections for each Series in Shared Excess Available Principal Collections Group One for any Monthly Period which shall remain after application pursuant to clause (b) above shall be paid to the holders of the Transferor Interest. Shared Excess Available Principal Collections will not be available for application by other Series of Notes that are not included in Shared Excess Available Principal Collections Group One.

(b) Shared Excess Available Principal Collections with respect to any Monthly Period shall be shared by each Series of Asset Pool One Notes to cover the applicable Series Available Principal Collections Shortfalls, if any, for each Series of Asset Pool One Notes for such Monthly Period and applied on the applicable Note Transfer Date in the immediately succeeding Monthly Period. Shared Excess Available Principal Collections allocable to the CHASEseries WachoviaSeries with respect to any Monthly Period shall mean an amount equal to the Series Available Principal Collections Shortfall, if any, with respect to the CHASEseries WachoviaSeries for such Monthly Period; provided, however, that if the aggregate amount of Shared Excess Available Principal Collections for all Series of Asset Pool One Notes for such Monthly Period is less than the Aggregate Series Available Principal Collections Shortfall for such Monthly Period, then Shared Excess Available Principal Collections allocable to the CHASEseries WachoviaSeries with respect to such Monthly Period shall equal the product of (i) Shared Excess Available Principal Collections for all Series of Asset Pool One Notes for such Monthly Period and (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Series Available Principal Collections Shortfall with respect to the CHASEseries WachoviaSeries for such Monthly Period and the denominator of which is the Aggregate Series Available Principal Collections Shortfall for such Monthly Period. (c) Unless otherwise specified in the Indenture Supplement for any other Series in Shared Excess Available Principal Collections Group B, any Shared Excess Available Principal Collections for each Series in Shared Excess Available Principal Collections Group B for any Monthly Period which shall remain after application pursuant to clause (b) above shall be treated as part of the Reinvestment Amount for the Note Transfer Date in the next succeeding Monthly Period. Shared Excess Available Principal Collections allocable to the CHASEseries Series 2013-2 with respect to any each Monthly Period shall mean an amount equal to the Series Available Principal Collections Shortfall, if any, with respect to the CHASEseries Series 2013-2 for such Monthly Period; provided, however, that if the aggregate amount of Shared Excess Available Principal Collections for all Series of Asset Pool One Notes in Shared Excess Available Principal Collections Group A for such each Monthly Period is less than the Aggregate Series Available Principal Collections Shortfall for such Monthly Period, then Shared Excess Available Principal Collections allocable to the CHASEseries Series 2013-2 with respect to such Monthly Period shall equal the product of (i) Shared Excess Available Principal Collections for all Series of Asset Pool One Notes in Shared Excess Available Principal Collections Group A for such Monthly Period and (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Series Available Principal Collections Shortfall with respect to the CHASEseries Series 2013-2 for such Monthly Period and the denominator of which is the Aggregate Series Available Principal Collections Shortfall for such Monthly Period. (c) Unless otherwise specified in the Indenture Supplement for any other Series in Shared Excess Available Principal Collections Group A, any Shared Excess Available Principal Collections for each Series in Shared Excess Available Principal Collections Group A for any Monthly Period which shall remain after application pursuant to clause (b) above shall be treated as part of the Reinvestment Amount for the Note Transfer Date in the next succeeding Monthly Period. Shared Excess Available Principal Collections will not be available for application by other Series of Notes that are not included in Shared Excess Available Principal Collections Group A.
