Shared Interoffice Transport Sample Clauses
The Shared Interoffice Transport clause defines the terms under which multiple telecommunications carriers or service providers may jointly use interoffice transport facilities to carry traffic between their respective networks. Typically, this clause outlines the technical and operational requirements for sharing, such as capacity allocation, maintenance responsibilities, and cost-sharing arrangements. By establishing clear guidelines for shared use, the clause ensures efficient utilization of network infrastructure and helps prevent disputes over access and expenses.
Shared Interoffice Transport. USWC shall provide Shared Interoffice Transport in a non-discriminatory manner according to the following terms and conditions.
Shared Interoffice Transport. Access to shared transport will only be available where CLEC purchases LSNE. The Parties acknowledge that there is no physical shared transport to unbundle between PACIFIC's End Office switches and PACIFIC's End Offices and Tandem Switches, and CLEC's interest is in the shared use of transport between PACIFIC's switches and the associated underlying performance characteristics. PACIFIC will make available to CLEC shared transport as currently implemented within PACIFIC's interoffice network. PACIFIC will engineer, provision and maintain such shared interoffice transport facilities and equipment under existing methods and procedures.
Shared Interoffice Transport. Shared transport will only be available where CLEC purchases LSNE. Shared transport provides call completion from a NEVADA End Offices where LSNE is purchased and the terminating NEVADA End Office or POI where the call leaves NEVADA’s network.
8.1.4.1. Use of the tandem is included in the Shared Interoffice Transport charges set forth in Attachment 8.

Pacific will make available to ACI shared transport as currently implemented within Pacific's interoffice network. Pacific will engineer, provision and maintain such shared interoffice transport facilities and equipment under existing methods and procedures.
Shared Interoffice Transport. This Section 9.8 is removed, at the request of CLEC, with the expectation that this Section does not currently apply to the Parties’ business practice.
