Shared Ownership Affordable Housing Units. 1.6.1 that on completion of the Affordable Housing Units (for Shared Ownership) or as soon as possible thereafter the Registered Provider shall dispose of the Affordable Units intended for Shared Ownership (a) at Open Market Value on a Shared Ownership basis with the rental element being discounted by the Registered Provider (b) to an Approved person who shall purchase the Affordable Housing Unit for occupation by the Approved person and in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement (c) in consultation with the Council and having first obtained the Council’s consent to the Disposal to the Approved person
