Common use of Shared Private Drive Clause in Contracts

Shared Private Drive. There is hereby reserved from the conveyance of each of Parcels 1 through 6, inclusive, an easement for ingress, egress, and utilities purposes over, under and through the portions of these Parcels which are a "Shared Private Drive." The Owners of Parcels 1 through 6, inclusive, shall each have a non-exclusive right and easement for ingress, egress, utilities purposes, under, over, upon and across any "Shared Private Drive" which serves their Parcel, as indicated on the Maintenance Plat.
