Common use of Shared roles Clause in Contracts

Shared roles. 11. The Commonwealth and the States will be jointly responsible for developing and agreeing to bilateral schedules, in accordance with Part 4 – Project Milestones, Reporting and Payments, concurrently with or as soon as possible following the signing of this Agreement.
