SHARED SYSTEMS AND APPLIANCES. 1. If this contract is for a duplex, triplex, or fourplex dwelling, then all units within the dwelling must be covered by one AHS contract for coverage to apply to shared systems and appliances. 2. If this contract is for a multi-unit dwelling other than those specified in Section J.1, then only items contained within the confines of each individual unit are covered. Shared systems and appliances are not covered. 3. Except as otherwise provided in this Section, shared systems and appliances are not covered.
