Common use of Shareholder Information Agreement Clause in Contracts

Shareholder Information Agreement. If the Service Provider is a “financial intermediary” other than a “indirect financial intermediary” each as defined in Rule 22c-2, Service Provider agrees to enter into the Rule 22c-2 Shareholder Information Agreement, substantially in the form attached hereto, with Company contemporaneously with the execution of this Agreement.
