Shareholders Communications Act of 1985. Until such time as Bank receives Instructions to the contrary with respect to a particular Security, Bank will obtain Customer’s consent in writing prior to disclosing the identity of Customer to an issuer which requests such information pursuant to the Shareholders Communications Act of 1985 for the specific purpose of direct communications between such issuer and shareholder.
