SHARES DEEMED PERSONAL PROPERTY. The Shares shall be personal property and shall confer upon the holders thereof only the interest and rights specifically set forth in this Declaration of Trust. The death, insolvency or incapacity of a Shareholder shall not dissolve or terminate the Trust or affect its continuity nor give his legal representative any rights whatsoever, whether against or in respect of other Shareholders, the Trustees or the assets of the Trust or otherwise.
