Common use of Shares Optioned and Option Price Clause in Contracts

Shares Optioned and Option Price. The Grantee shall have an option to purchase __________ shares of the Company's Common Stock, $0.01 par value (the "Shares"), at an exercise price of $___________ for each share (the "Option"), subject to the terms and conditions of this Award Agreement and of the Plan, the provisions of which are incorporated herein by this reference.
