Common use of Shares; Price Clause in Contracts

Shares; Price. The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Stock set forth in Section 1(c) above (the "Shares") for cash (or other consideration as is acceptable to the Board of Directors of the Company, in their sole and absolute discretion) at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d) above (the "Exercise Price").

Shares; Price. The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Stock set forth in Section 1(c) above 1above (the "“Shares"”) for cash (or other consideration as is authorized under the Plan and acceptable to the Board of Directors of the CompanyBoard, in their sole and absolute discretion) at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d) above 1above (the "“Exercise Price"”), such price being not less than [e.g., 100%] of the fair market value per share of the Shares covered by this Option as of the date hereof.

Shares; Price. The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Stock set forth in Section 1(c) above (the "Shares") for cash (or other consideration as is acceptable to the Board of Directors of the Company, in their sole and absolute discretion) at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d) above (the "Exercise Price").

Shares; Price. The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Stock set forth in Section 1(c) above (the "“Shares"”) for cash (or other consideration as is acceptable to the Board of Directors of the Company, in their sole and absolute discretion) at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d) above (the "“Exercise Price"”).

Shares; Price. The Company hereby grants to Optionee Recipient the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Stock set forth in Section 1(c) 1 above (the "“Shares"”) for cash (or other consideration as is authorized under the Plan and acceptable to the Board of Directors of the CompanyBoard, in their sole and absolute discretion) at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d) 1 above (the "“Exercise Price"”), such price being not less than [e.g., 100%] of the fair market value per share of the Shares covered by this Retention Option as of the date of grant.

Shares; Price. The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Stock set forth in Section 1(c) above (the "“Shares"”) for cash (or other consideration as is authorized under the Plan and acceptable to the Board of Directors of the Company, in their sole and absolute discretion) at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d) above (the "“Exercise Price"”), such price being the closing price on February 8, 2008.

Shares; Price. The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Stock set forth in Section 1(c) above (the "“Shares"”) for cash cash, or pursuant to a Cashless Exercise (or other consideration as is acceptable to the Board of Directors of the Company, in their sole and absolute discretiondefined below) at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d) above (the "“Exercise Price"”).

Shares; Price. The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Stock set forth in Section 1(c) above (the "Shares") for cash (or other consideration as is authorized under the Plan and acceptable to the Board of Directors of the CompanyBoard, in their sole and absolute discretion) at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d) above (the "Exercise Price").

The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Stock set forth in Section 1(c) above (the "Shares") for cash cash, or pursuant to a Cashless Exercise (or other consideration as is acceptable to the Board of Directors of the Company, in their sole and absolute discretiondefined below) at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d) above (the "Exercise Price").

The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Stock set forth in Section 1(c) above (the "“Shares"”) for cash (or other consideration as is authorized under the Plan and acceptable to the Board of Directors of the CompanyBoard, in their sole and absolute discretion) at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d) above (the "“Exercise Price"”), such price being not less than the fair market value per share of the Shares covered by this Option as of the date hereof.

The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Stock set forth in Section 1(c) above (the "Shares") _______ Shares for cash (or other consideration as is acceptable to the Board of Directors of the Company, in their sole and absolute discretion) at the price of $____ per Share set forth in Section 1(d) above (Share, such price being not less than the "Exercise Price")fair market value per share of the Shares covered by these Options as of the date hereof and as determined by the Board of Directors of the Company.

The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Common Stock set forth in Section 1(c) above (the "“Shares") for cash (or other consideration as is acceptable to the Board of Directors of the Company, in their sole and absolute discretion”) at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d) above (the "“Exercise Price"”), the fair market value per share of the Shares covered by this Option as determined by the Board of Directors in good faith as of the date of this Option.

Shares; Price. The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Stock set forth in Section 1(c) above (the "“Shares"”) for cash (or other consideration as is authorized under the Plan and acceptable to the Board of Directors of the Company, in their sole and absolute discretion) at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d) above (the "“Exercise Price"”), such price being the average closing price during the last three days of the Shares covered by this Option.

The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Stock set forth in Section 1(c) above (the "“Shares"”) for cash (or other consideration as is authorized under the Plan and acceptable to the Board of Directors of the CompanyBoard, in their sole and absolute discretion) at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d) above (the "“Exercise Price"”).

Shares; Price. The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Stock set forth in Section 1(c) above (the "“Shares"”) for cash (or other consideration as is authorized under the Plan and acceptable to the Board of Directors of the CompanyBoard, in their sole and absolute discretion) at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d) above (the "“Exercise Price"”), such price being not less than [e.g., 100%] of the closing price of the Shares covered by this Option on December 15, 2009.

Shares; Price. The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Stock set forth in Section 1(c) above (the "“Shares"”) for cash (or other consideration as is authorized under the Plan and acceptable to the Board of Directors of the CompanyBoard, in their its sole and absolute discretion) at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d) above (the "“Exercise Price"”).

Shares; Price. The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Stock set forth in Section 1(c) above (the "“Shares"”) for cash (or other consideration as is authorized under the Plan and acceptable to the Board of Directors of the CompanyBoard, in their sole and absolute discretion) at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d) above (the "“Exercise Price"”), such price being not less than [e.g., 100%] of the closing price the Shares covered by this Option on December 15, 2009.

Shares; Price. The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Stock set forth in Section 1(c) above (the "Shares") for cash (or other consideration as is authorized under the Plan and acceptable to the Board of Directors of the CompanyBoard, in their sole and absolute discretion) at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d) above (the "Exercise Price"), such price being not less than eighty-five 85% of the fair market value per share of the Shares covered by this Option as of the date hereof.

Shares; Price. The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares Shares of Common Stock set forth in Section 1(c) above (the "Shares") for cash (or other consideration as is acceptable to the Board of Directors of the Company, in their sole and absolute discretion) at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d) above (the "“Exercise Price"“), the fair market value per share of the Shares covered by this Option as of the date of this Option.

Shares; Price. The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Stock set forth in Section 1(c) above (the "“Shares"”) for cash or on a cashless basis (or other consideration as is acceptable to the Board of Directors of the Company, in their sole and absolute discretion) at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d) above (the "“Exercise Price"”).

Shares; Price. The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Stock set forth in Section 1(c) above (the "SharesSHARES") for cash or on a cashless basis (or other consideration as is acceptable to the Board of Directors of the Company, in their sole and absolute discretion) at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d) above (the "Exercise PriceEXERCISE PRICE").

Shares; Price. The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares Shares of Common Stock set forth in Section 1(c) above (the "Shares") for cash (or other consideration as is acceptable to the Board of Directors of the Company, in their sole and absolute discretion) at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d) above (the "“Exercise Price"“).

The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Stock set forth in Section 1(c) above (the "Shares") for cash (or other consideration as is acceptable to the Board of Directors of the Company, in their sole and absolute discretion) at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d) above (the "Exercise Price"), such price being not less than eighty-five 85% of the fair market value per share of the Shares covered by this Option as of the date hereof.

Shares; Price. The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Stock set forth in Section 1(cI(c) above (the "Shares") for cash (or other consideration as is authorized under the Plan and acceptable to the Board of Directors of the Company, in their sole and absolute discretion) at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(dI(d) above (the "Exercise Price")) or on a cashless basis as set forth in Section 6 of this Agreement.

Shares; Price. The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, including, but not limited to, the vesting requirements set forth in Section 5 below, the number of shares of Stock set forth in Section 1(c) above (the "Shares") for cash (or other consideration as is acceptable to the Board of Directors of the Company, in their sole and absolute discretion) at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d) above (the "Exercise Price").

Shares; Price. The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Stock set forth in Section 1(c) above (the "Shares") for cash (or other consideration as is authorized under the Plan and acceptable to the Board of Directors of the Company, in their sole and absolute discretion) at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d) above (the "Exercise Price").

Shares; Price. The Company hereby grants to Optionee Participant the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Stock set forth in Section 1(c1(d) above (the "“Shares"”) for cash (or other consideration as is acceptable to the Board of Directors of the Company, in their sole and absolute discretion) set forth below at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d1(e) above (the "“Per Share Exercise Price"”), such price being the fair market value per share of the Shares covered by this Option as of the date hereof.

Shares; Price. The Company hereby grants to Optionee Holder the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Stock set forth in Section 1(c) above (the "Warrant Shares") for cash (or other consideration as is acceptable to the Board of Directors of the Company, in their sole and absolute discretion) at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d) above (the "Exercise Price").

Shares; Price. The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Stock set forth in Section 1(c) above (the "“Shares"”) for cash or on a cashless basis (or other consideration as is acceptable to the Board of Directors of the Company, in their its sole and absolute discretion) at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d) above (the "“Exercise Price"”).

Shares; Price. The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Common Stock set forth in Section 1(c) above (the "Shares") for cash (or other consideration as is acceptable to the Board of Directors of the Company, in their sole and absolute discretion) at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d) above (the "Exercise Price").

Shares; Price. The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Stock set forth in Section 1(c) above (the "Shares") Shares for cash (or other consideration as is acceptable to the Board of Directors of the Company, in their sole and absolute discretion) at the price of $ per Share set forth Share, such price being determined in Section 1(d) above (accordance with the "Exercise Price")Plan.

The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Stock set forth in Section 1(c) 1 above (the "Shares") for cash (or other consideration as is acceptable to the Board of Directors of the Company, in their sole and absolute discretion) at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d) 1 above (the "Exercise Price").

Shares; Price. The Company hereby grants to Optionee Participant the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Stock set forth in Section 1(c) above (the "“Shares"”) for cash (or other consideration as is acceptable to the Board of Directors of the Company, in their sole and absolute discretion) set forth below at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d1(c) above (the "“Per Share Exercise Price"”).

Shares; Price. The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Stock set forth in Section 1(c) above (the "Shares") for cash (or other consideration as is acceptable to the Board of Directors of the Company, in their sole and absolute discretion) at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d) 4 above (the "Exercise Price").

Shares; Price. The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Stock set forth in Section 1(c) above (the "Shares") for cash or on a cashless basis (or other consideration as is acceptable to the Board of Directors of the Company, in their sole and absolute discretion) at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d) above (the "Exercise Price").

Shares; Price. The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Stock set forth in Section 1(c) above (the "“Shares"”) for cash (or by check, or other consideration as is acceptable to the Board of Directors of the CompanyBoard, in their sole and absolute discretion) discretion and in accordance with the Plan, at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d) above (the "“Exercise Price"”).. 

Shares; Price. The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Stock set forth in Section 1(c) above (the "Shares") for cash (or other consideration as is authorized under the Plan and acceptable to the Board of Directors of the Company, in their sole and absolute discretion) at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d) above (the "Exercise Price")) or on a cashless basis as set forth in Section 6 of this Agreement.

Shares; Price. The Company hereby grants to Optionee the right to purchase, upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein stated, the number of shares of Common Stock set forth in Section 1(c) above (the "Shares") for cash (or other consideration as is acceptable to the Board of Directors of the Company, in their sole and absolute discretion) at the price per Share set forth in Section 1(d) above (the "Exercise Price").
