Sharing Information on Reliability of ISO Controlled Grid. The ISO and each Participating Generator shall have the obligation to inform each other, as promptly as possible, of any circumstance of which it becomes aware (including, but not limited to, abnormal temperatures, storms, floods, earthquakes, and equipment depletions and malfunctions and deviations from the Registered Data and operating characteristics) that is reasonably likely to threaten the reliability of the ISO Controlled Grid or the integrity of the Participating Generator’s facilities. The ISO and each Participating Generator shall also inform the other as promptly as possible of any incident of which it becomes aware (including, but not limited to, equipment outages, over-loads or alarms) which, in the case of a Participating Generator, is reasonably likely to threaten the reliability of the ISO Controlled Grid or, in the case of the ISO, is reasonably likely to adversely affect the Participating Generator's facilities. Such information shall be provided in a form and content which is reasonable in all the circumstances and sufficient to provide timely warning to the other party of the threat.
