Common use of SHARING OCCUPATION Clause in Contracts

SHARING OCCUPATION. 17.1 The Tenant may share occupation and/or part with possession of the whole or part of the Property with or to any company that is a member of the same group (with in the meaning of Section 42 of the 0000 Xxx) for so long as that company remains within that group and provided that no relationship of landlord and tenant is created by that arrangement
