Sharing of Audit Findings and Reports. The Recipient acknowledges that Canada and the Province may: (a) inform each other, and any of their respective authorized representatives and auditors, that an audit is being conducted; and (b) share the findings of any audit or investigation, including any ensuing report, with each other and any of their respective authorized representatives and auditors.
