Sharing of Confidential Information with Retrocessionaires. Notwithstanding Section 13.4.2, the Company acknowledges that the Reinsurer may, in the normal course of its business, share Confidential Information with retrocessionaires, to the extent necessary to retrocede risks covered by this Agreement, so long as the retrocessionaires have contractually agreed to maintain the confidentiality and security of the Confidential Information on terms substantially similar to this Article.
