Sharing of facilities or system. a) The Licensee shall share its systems and/or facilities with other requesting Licensees in designated areas as provided by the Act, Regulations, Government policies, guidelines and directives. b) The Licensee shall abide by the provisions of Act, Regulations, standards and Guidelines which the Licensor may, from time to time issue with respect to infrastructure and systems sharing services in Uganda. c) Where, upon such request, the parties fail to agree on the terms and conditions for the provision of facilities or systems sharing, the Licensor may arbitrate between the parties and make any appropriate regulatory directive(s) in accordance with sections 5(1)(j) and 52 of the Act.
