Sheds, Buildings and Other Structures. 8.1 No sheds, buildings or similar structures are to be erected on the Plot without the Council’s prior written consent and, in the event of such consent being given, the Tenant shall ensure that any necessary planning and building control approvals are obtained prior to the erection of such structure
