Common use of Sheriff Informed Clause in Contracts

Sheriff Informed. The individual who conducted the meeting, if different from the Sheriff, shall advise the Sheriff of all information received and discussed at the meeting. The Sheriff shall decide what discipline, if any, shall be imposed and provide a written notice to the affected employee of such action no later than two (2) work days following the meeting.
