Shift Assignment Vacancies. During the year, shift assignment vacancies may be filled at the employer's discretion. Every effort shall be made to allow limited bidding within the shift on which the vacancy occurs. In the case of conflict between designated choices, the same procedure established in Appendix B Section A above will be followed.
