Shipment Errors. In the event the Company becomes aware of an incomplete shipment, a shortage in shipment, the misdirection of any delivery, or any overshipment, the Company (or its designated agent) will immediately contact Distributor’s purchasing department and will comply with any reasonable directions provided by Distributor. In such event, the Company will be responsible for any related freight or accessorial charges caused by the error.
