Common use of Shipment Quantities Clause in Contracts

Shipment Quantities. Shipments must equal the exact amount (or weight, as applicable) ordered. Buyer may, in addition to any other remedies it may have, deduct the amount of any shortage from amounts otherwise due Seller, and may return the amount of any excess to Seller, at Seller’s expense, deducting all expenses incurred (including handling charges) from amounts otherwise due Seller.
