SHIPMENTS AND POSTAGE. All orders will be fulfilled using Bandwear’s shipping partners (generally USPS, DHL eCommerce, UPS and FedEx). Bandwear’s standard is to ship all products using the least expensive method available. Client’s shipments will be shipped by different carriers based on package size, weight, destination and class of service. In general, Bandwear’s standard is DHL eCommerce and USPS. Client acknowledges that Bandwear ships all domestic orders containing solely Vinyl and/or Books using USPS Media Mail, the least expensive method for these items, when possible. Client acknowledges that Bandwear will periodically increase its postage and handling rates to Client’s end customers based on increases by Bandwear’s shipping and packaging partners. Client acknowledges that fulfillment and shipping are not always a perfect process. A certain percentage of shipments may be shipped incorrectly due to human error and/or become lost or damaged in transit. Bandwear will not be responsible for lost or damaged product nor the shipping costs associated with lost or damaged shipments or the costs to reship those orders once shipments are handed off to Bandwear’s shipping partners. Should Bandwear make a fulfillment mistake (i.e. send a customer the incorrect product), Bandwear will make a reasonable attempt to retrieve the incorrect product from the customer and ship the correct product to them. Bandwear will cover the postage and packaging costs when retrieving incorrectly shipped items. Client understands Bandwear cannot retrieve incorrectly shipped packages from a foreign country. Bandwear will not be liable for incorrectly shipped product costs unless the monthly average of incorrectly shipped orders for Client exceed three percent (3%) of all Client shipments for that month. Bandwear will cover replacement product costs for incorrectly shipped orders that exceed three percent (3%) for the month. Should Bandwear need to purchase additional inventory from Client to fulfill incorrect shipments Client agrees to sell Bandwear the necessary inventory at Client’s manufactured cost.   • Reimbursements and Purchase Orders Expense reimbursement is not guaranteed and, when possible, Board members should seek pre- approval of expenses by providing an estimation of expenses on the Board's standardized estimated expense approval form, except in situations when the expense is diminutive. When pre-approval is not sought, Board members must seek reimbursement on the Board's standardized expense reimbursement form.
