Common use of Shipper’s Delivery Obligations Clause in Contracts

Shipper’s Delivery Obligations. Shipper will deliver Gas at each Receipt Point at a pressure that is sufficient to enter the System against the prevailing pressures in such System from time to time and Shipper shall not deliver Gas at a pressure that would exceed the maximum allowable operating pressure of the System at the Receipt Points. Shipper shall use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver Gas from Dedicated Xxxxx operated by Shipper or its affiliate to Gatherer at uniform rates of flow.
