Gas Pressure. (a) Subject to clause 4(b) of this Schedule 2 and any applicable Laws, the Nominal Delivery Pressure at which <Service Provider> will deliver Gas to <User> is:
(i) unless the Parties agree that a particular pressure is to apply as the Nominal Delivery Pressure, the Nominal Delivery Pressure associated with the User Specific Facilities at the Delivery Point; or
(ii) if the Parties agree that a particular pressure is to apply as the Nominal Delivery Pressure, the agreed pressure.
(b) Notwithstanding clause 4(a) of this Schedule 2, the pressure described at clause 4(a) will be amended to the pressure that the <Service Provider> determines, from time to time as a reasonable and prudent network operator, as the minimum nominal operating pressure for the main to which the Delivery Point is connected.
Gas Pressure. We are not responsible for supplying gas at a greater pressure than the pressure shown in S.16(1) of the Gas Act 1986 (as amended).
Gas Pressure. Provided it is within the capability of the AGA GDS at the Delivery Point and subject to any applicable Laws, the Nominal Delivery Pressure at which <Service Provider> will deliver Gas to <User> is a pressure that will not exceed 7 kPa, as regulated by the Standard Delivery Facilities at the Delivery Point.
Gas Pressure. NWN shall notify EFSC and Columbia County when it applies to DOGAMI for an increase in reservoir gas pressure. [Amendments 1, 10]
Gas Pressure. 21.1. The Storage Customer shall ensure that the Injection Gas shall be delivered at the Injection Point at a Gas Pressure enabling the Natural Gas to be transferred to Storage Facility or through its connection pipeline. The Natural Gas pressure specifications have been defined in the relevant Storage Specification.
21.2. The Storage Service Provider shall deliver the Withdrawal Gas to the Storage Customer at the Withdrawal Point at a Gas Pressure enabling the Natural Gas to be transferred to the Neighboring Natural Gas Network, taking into account the agreements entered into by and between the Storage Service Provider or any third party on its behalf and the Neighboring Network Operator.
Gas Pressure. 14.1 Gas pressure at Receipt Points
(a) The Shipper will supply Natural Gas at the Receipt Point at a minimum pressure specified by the Service Providers, or if not specified by the Service Providers, at a high enough pressure to allow the Natural Gas to enter the EGP but not at a pressure higher than MAOP at the Receipt Point.
(b) The Shipper must ensure that the operators of facilities upstream of the Receipt Points are capable of providing quantities of Natural Gas up to the applicable MDQ for a Service at pressures up to the MAOP of the EGP as advised by the Service Providers from time to time.
14.2 Gas pressure at the Delivery Points
(a) Subject to clause 14.3, the Service Providers will supply Natural Gas at the Delivery Point at a minimum pressure of 9,000kPag and up to the MAOP specified in clause 14.3 (where required to deliver 100 TJ/d at the TGP Delivery Point).
(b) The Shipper will be responsible for the pressure regulation of Natural Gas once it has been delivered to the Shipper at the Delivery Point.
Gas Pressure. The pressure of sub-transmission station exit is less than 1.0 MPa.
Gas Pressure. Producer shall not deliver Producer Gas to the Receipt Point at a pressure in excess of XXXX psig.
