Shipper's liability. The Shipper and the Users are responsible for the confidentiality and use of the User ID, pass- word and SMS passcode. Thus, the Shipper shall cover any loss incurred by Energinet or any other Shipper, Distribution Company or Gas Supplier in the Danish Gas System caused by the improper use of the User ID, password and SMS passcode. However, the Shipper shall not be liable for any loss occurring after the Shipper or the User in accordance with the procedures set forth in clause 10 below has informed Energinet that the User account must be suspended if such loss is due to the improper use of Energinet Online after the Shipper or the User has requested Energinet to suspend the relevant User account.
Shipper's liability. Notwithstanding any agreement between Shipper and Secondary Delivery Assignee, Shipper agrees and acknowledges that Shipper at all times remains obligated to TransCanada to fully perform and observe the covenants and obligations of Shipper that are contained in the Contract including, without limitation, with respect to payment of any amount owing to TransCanada in relation to any Scheduled Secondary Delivery Quantity on a Specified Day.
Shipper's liability. Shipper shall have no liability to APA for any Losses suffered by APA to the extent that Xxxxxxx did not cause or contribute to those Losses.

Shipper's liability a) Notwithstanding an Online Temporary Assignment or any other agreement between Xxxxxxx and Assignee, Xxxxxxx agrees and acknowledges that Shipper at all times shall remain obligated to Enbridge to fully perform and observe the covenants and obligations of Shipper that are contained in the applicable Transportation Contract. For greater certainty, if Assignee fails to pay Enbridge any amount due and payable or which may become due and payable or any charges incurred or which may be incurred pursuant to or as a result of the Online Temporary Assignment including but not limited to any charges, costs and expenses related to any gas imbalances, Shipper shall be liable for and shall pay Enbridge for such amount within ten (10) Business Days of receipt of an invoice from Enbridge.
