Transportation Contract definition

Transportation Contract means a contract which the transmission system operator has concluded with a network user with a view to carrying out transmission;

• Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that there are no natural gas imbalances associated with the Transportation Contract as of the date that Buyer is designated as Contractor, and shall indemnify Buyer for any natural gas imbalances, including all costs or penalties associated with the Transportation Contract that have occurred during the period prior to such designation.
