Common use of SHIPPER'S WARRANTIES Clause in Contracts

SHIPPER'S WARRANTIES. Shipper hereby warrants to Terminal Operator that: it has title and/or all rights to the LNG unloaded at the Delivery Point at the LNG Terminal by it and that such LNG is free of all claims or encumbrances; it will duly and timely file in compliance with applicable law, all returns, reports and declarations that ought to be filed with regard to customs duties; it will pay in full and timely all amounts due in this respect to the tax authorities; and it will keep Terminal Operator safe from any claim from the tax authorities in respect to customs duties with respect to the LNG unloaded at the Delivery Point.
