Shipping Notice. For each shipment of coal hereunder, Seller shall promptly mail to Buyer's Danskammer Plant and to Financial Records Section, Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation, 284 Sxxxx Xvenue, Poughkeepsie, New York 00000-0000, x xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxx, xxxx of car and number of each railway car contained in the shipment, shipping date and origin mine. Section 7.
Shipping Notice. Document issued by the Supplier once all the agreed procedures have been completed, by which ENEL is informed that the equipment or material covered by the Contract has been shipped in whole or in part. Agreed quality: Agreement established between ENEL and the Supplier according to which the latter guarantees certain quality levels. Letter of intent or order to proceed: Non-mandatory agreement containing commitments that may or may not be formalised in a Contract. Inspector: Person or entity designated by ENEL who carries out inspection functions at any stage of the execution of the Contract. Bid request: Document through which ENEL requests a bid. It shall consist of the Technical Specifications and the Commercial and Legal Specifications, among which the present General Terms and Conditions will be found. Quality Control Plan: Document issued by the Supplier specifying the processes, procedures and associated resources that will be applied to comply with the requirements of the Contract.
Shipping Notice. The Seller must provide Contractor a detailed shipping notice describing each shipment of the Work, including the Agreement number. The shipping notice shall be e-mailed to Contractor at least thirty (30) days ahead of the estimated shipment arrival date to the Project Site. The shipping notice shall contain: (i) a detailed description of the Work to be shipped; (ii) the expected number of pieces (boxes, crates, or other packages); (iii) the estimated total weight of the shipment; (iv) the estimated date of shipment; (v) the estimated date of delivery; (vi) for any piece greater than ten thousand (10,000) lbs. or eight (8) feet in any dimension, estimated weights and dimensions of individual pieces; (vii) the packing list described in this Agreement; (viii) identification of any hazardous materials being shipped. For all deliveries, the Project Material Manager shall be notified forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival at the Project Site. When delivery is pursuant to an Incoterm other than D.D.P. Project Site, Seller must provide a shipping notice, in writing, thirty (30) days ahead of the estimated ex-works ship date, and in addition to the foregoing requirements, the shipping notice must include: (1) commercial invoice or pro forma invoice; (2) material HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) codes; (3) packing list with piece count, dimensions and weights (per handling units); (4) booking information; and (5) transportation and lifting drawings. The addressee for each shipping notice shall be as follows: [Insert Project Material Manager email].
Shipping Notice. A “short prox” analysis and a bill of lading or waybill form must be sent by email or facsimile to arrive at the destination plant before coal is received. In the event that telecopy equipment or email is not available to the Seller, a telephone call must be placed to the aforementioned personnel for the purpose of reporting shipments no later than the end of the first working day after shipment takes place. The shipping document for rail coal must give the Purchase Order number, the name of Seller, train number, railcar numbers of each car shipped to Buyer, and the date of shipment. The Seller shall inform the Buyer about the number of contract, name of the goods, quantity, gross weight, total volume (cubic meters), invoice amount, transport vehicle and date of departure in written within 24 hours before the goods are ready for departure. If the Seller delays to inform above said information in written to the Buyer, it will be the Seller’s obligation to undertake all the losses resulting from this.
