Shipping Services. Pactiv will identify the loads to be shipped in accordance with the procedures set forth in the SOPs, or as otherwise agreed between the parties from time to time in a separate signed written agreement, and in accordance with the commercially reasonable shipping procedures the Parties followed in the trailing twelve month period prior to the Effective Date. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will be the shipper designated on all loads of Freight that Pactiv manages for ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ under this Agreement.

Shipping Services. The "Shipping Services" comprise the Transporter: 3.1.1 obtaining, maintaining and providing LNG vessels as needed: (A) that satisfy the requirements for such vessels under the DES SPA; and (B) with sufficient capacity to meet Project Co’s transportation needs under the DES SPA; 3.1.2 where necessary, changing the LNG Tanker set forth in the DES ADP or DES Ninety Day Schedule, as applicable, in respect of any cargo to be delivered thereunder, subject to satisfying the DES SPA requirements contained in the DES SPA; 3.1.3 managing all operational matters related to LNG transportation contemplated by this Agreement, including all interactions with ship-owners, the vetting and compatibility studies of the LNG vessels, the receipt of all necessary port permits/approvals and the vetting of Receiving Terminals. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, this shall include: (A) the provision of notices pursuant to Section 3.2.2(b) of the DES SPA on behalf of Project Co; (B) causing each LNG Tanker to comply with the specifications of Section 7.5 of the DES SPA; (C) putting forward for approval under Section 7.6 of the DES SPA, each LNG vessel proposed to be used as an LNG Tanker; (D) complying with all requirements imposed on Project Co by Section 7.6.1 of the DES SPA; (E) giving all notices required by Section 7.10 and Section 7.11 of the DES SPA on behalf of Project Co; (F) performing all of Project Co's obligations under Sections 7.14.4 and 7.15 of the DES SPA; (G) executing (on behalf of Project Co) or causing the master of each LNG Tanker (acting on behalf of the ship-owner of such LNG Tanker) to execute, a Port Liability Agreement where required to do so under Section 7.8 of the DES SPA, subject to such Port Liability Agreement complying with the requirements of Section 7.8 of the DES SPA; (H) in the event that DES Buyer sends a proposal under Section 3.3.2(b) of the DES SPA, Transporter shall (on behalf of Project Co and without the consent of Project Co) as soon as reasonably practicable notify DES Buyer of its determination as to whether such request is approved; 3.1.4 performing all administrative and operational tasks related to the delivery obligations of Project Co under the DES SPA including in relation to: (A) the annual scheduling process and the ninety-day scheduling, including compliance with the scheduling protocols set out in Paragraph 4 of this Schedule 1 and management of the DES ADP or DES Ninety Day Schedule, as applicable, and matte...
Shipping Services. MH shall arrange for rail and/or traffic services, together with the infrastructure and personnel to provide same, both to receive all raw materials related to the production of the Product and to transport finished Product from the Plant to all Product shipping destinations. Such services and infrastructure shall include but shall not be limited to: (i) personnel to handle scheduling and documentation associated with all rail and/or truck transportation to or from the Plant; and (ii) personnel and supervision associated with rail switching and/or truck services for rail cars or trucks, which shall include separating rail cars and trucks (if necessary) and loading and weighing all incoming and outgoing rail cars or trucks (on MH’s rail or truck loading scales)
Shipping Services. From time to time Publisher may request Co-Publisher to ship stock of Co-Publisher's books held by Co-Publisher to fill orders placed by Publisher's other customers. All such orders shall be for full-case quantities to a single shipping location. Co-Publisher will charge Publisher, in fulfillment of any such order, the actual cost of shipping plus a handling charge of 1% of the value of such order. Publisher shall also reimburse Co-Publisher for any portion of the purchase price paid by Co-Publisher to Publisher for the Books so sold, and for all of Co-Publisher's out-of-pocket costs for such Books. Shipping Services. The Customer is responsible for all shipping services to move Custom Helicopters from Sikorsky’s facility subsequent to acceptance of Completion Services. Sikorsky’s responsibility to deliver or provide any shipping services for moving helicopter from its facilities to a Customer designated location is subject to separate agreement or amendment to the Agreement. Sikorsky agrees to store the Custom Helicopter at Customer’s risk up to ten (10) days subsequent to acceptance of Completion Services at Sikorsky’s expense. Customer shall pay for additional days of storage at the rate of $[***] ([***] Dollars) per day.
Shipping Services i. The State of Vermont has contracts with third-party carriers for ground shipping services at special rates which is to be used for the as needed shipping services. Contractor shall bill directly the specific account number for each Department under the State’s umbrella contract. If Contractor has a volume shipping rate that would provide savings over the State’s contract rates, the Contractor shall use the lower rate, in which case the contractor shall invoice department accounts internally.

Events Planning and Management/Public Relations Services/Marketing Services: Includes Writing Services, Event Planning and Management, Media Relations, Marketing, Graphics Design, Radio and Television Analysis, and Press Services. Furniture Rehabilitation and Office Reconfiguration: Refinishing or refurbishing furniture, including painting, staining, reupholstering and repair. Pick-up and delivery are included. Management support services for the design, installation and reconfiguration of office furniture. Services cover those required to coordinate and monitor furniture design and installation phases of new furniture installations to ensure a smooth project completion. Graphic Arts/Design Services: Includes exhibits, posters, pamphlets, and presentation materials. Excludes website design. IT Consulting/Training Services: Includes consulting and training for IT Software, IT Equipment and Telecommunications. IT Hardware Repair: Repairs to Government-owned IT equipment such as personal computers, word processing equipment, fax machine and printers. IT Services: Services associated with IT operations and data-entry support functions. Includes service for system/executive software programmers, maintenance/operation of IT tape/disk libraries, data entry, cabling, keypunch/key verify services, and IT programming services support where no analysis is required. Includes website design and administration. Laboratory and Testing Services: Services performed for biomedical research. Includes all standard testing services, immunoassays, standard assay services, histopathology services and autopsy services. Includes pick-up and delivery of research materials to be tested.
