Common use of Short Form or Memorandum of Lease Clause in Contracts

Short Form or Memorandum of Lease. Tenant agrees, at the request of Landlord, to execute, deliver, and acknowledge a short form or memorandum of this Lease satisfactory to counsel for Landlord, and Landlord may, in its sole discretion, record such short form or memorandum in the county where the Premises are located. Tenant shall not record this Lease, or a short form or memorandum of this Lease, without Landlord's prior written consent.
