Short Form Lease. This Lease shall not be recorded, but the parties agree, at the request of either of them, to execute a Short Form Lease for recording, containing the names of the parties, the legal description and the term of the Lease.
Short Form Lease. This Lease shall not be recorded, but a short form lease, which describes the property herein demised, gives the term of this Lease and refers to this Lease, shall be executed by the parties hereto, upon demand of either party and such short form lease may be recorded by Landlord or Tenant at any time either deems it appropriate to do so. The cost and recording of such short form lease shall belong to the requesting party.
Short Form Lease. Neither this Lease nor any memorandum of lease or short form lease shall be recorded by Tenant, but Landlord or any Lender may elect to record a short form of this Lease, in which case Tenant shall promptly execute, acknowledge and deliver the same on a form prepared by Landlord or such Lender.
Short Form Lease. The parties agree, at the request of either party, to promptly execute two (2) originals of an instrument, in recordable form, which will constitute a short form of this Lease, setting forth the description of the Premises, the terms of this Lease, and any other portions thereof, excepting the rental provisions, as either party may request. The cost of preparing and recording this short form of this Lease shall be borne by the party requesting the execution and recording of the same.
Short Form Lease. It is understood between the parties hereto that this lease will not be recorded, but that a short form lease, describing the property leased hereby, giving the term of this lease, and making particular mention of any special clauses as herein contained, may be recorded by Landlord in accordance with the laws governing and regulating the recording of such documents in the State of New Jersey.
Short Form Lease. The parties agree to execute a short form Memorandum of Lease in the form of Exhibit “C” attached hereto for recording containing the names of the parties, a description of the Premises, the Term of the Lease and such other provisions as the parties may deem appropriate.
Short Form Lease. The parties will at any time at the request of either one, execute duplicate originals of any instrument in recordable form which will constitute a short form lease or memorandum of lease setting forth the description of the Demised Premises and the term of this Lease so that it will not be necessary to record this Lease in its entirety.
Short Form Lease. Lessor or Lessee shall have the right to require of the other party that a short form lease be executed at the time of the execution of this lease instrument, or thereafter upon request at Lessee's sole expense said short form lease to be for recording purposes only.
Short Form Lease. Tenant agrees not to record this Lease without the express written consent of Landlord.
Short Form Lease. This Lease shall not be recorded, but either party may at its expense record a Memorandum of Lease in which shall be described the property herein demised, the term of the Lease and the renewal rights (if there be any).
