Delivery by Facsimile or Email This Agreement, the agreements referred to herein, and each other agreement or instrument entered into in connection herewith or therewith or contemplated hereby or thereby, and any amendments hereto or thereto, to the extent signed and delivered by means of a facsimile machine or email with scan or facsimile attachment, shall be treated in all manner and respects as an original agreement or instrument and shall be considered to have the same binding legal effect as if it were the original signed version thereof delivered in person. At the request of any party hereto or to any such agreement or instrument, each other party hereto or thereto shall re-execute original forms thereof and deliver them to all other parties. No party hereto or to any such agreement or instrument shall raise the use of a facsimile machine or email to deliver a signature or the fact that any signature or agreement or instrument was transmitted or communicated through the use of a facsimile machine or email as a defense to the formation or enforceability of a contract, and each such party forever waives any such defense.
Counterparts; Electronically Transmitted Documents and Signatures The parties may execute this Agreement in one or more counterparts, each of which are deemed an original and all of which together constitute one and the same instrument. The parties may deliver this Agreement, including signature pages, by original or digital signatures, or facsimile or emailed PDF transmissions, and the parties hereby adopt any documents so received as original and having the same effect as physical delivery of paper documents bearing the original signature.

Fax Transmission A facsimile, telecopy or other reproduction of this Amendment may be executed by one or more parties hereto, and an executed copy of this Amendment may be delivered by one or more parties hereto by facsimile or similar instantaneous electronic transmission device pursuant to which the signature of or on behalf of such party can be seen, and such execution and delivery shall be considered valid, binding and effective for all purposes. At the request of any party hereto, all parties hereto agree to execute an original of this Amendment as well as any facsimile, telecopy or other reproduction hereof.
Retention of Written Communications The Registrar shall retain copies of all letters, notices and other written communications received pursuant to Section 2.1 or this Section 2.6. The Issuer shall have the right to inspect and make copies of all such letters, notices or other written communications at any reasonable time upon the giving of reasonable prior written notice to the Registrar.

Offering Communications; Free Writing Prospectuses (a) Unless preceded or accompanied by a prospectus satisfying the requirements of Section 10(a) of the Act, the Underwriter shall not convey or deliver any written communication, as defined in Rule 405 under the Act (a "Written Communication"), to any person in connection with the initial offering of the Certificates, unless such Written Communication (i) is made in reliance on and in conformity with Rule 134 under the Act, (ii) constitutes a prospectus satisfying the requirements of Rule 430B under the Act or (iii) constitutes a "free writing prospectus," as defined in Rule 405 under the Act (a "Free Writing Prospectus"). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, without the prior written consent of WFASC, which may be withheld in its sole discretion, the Underwriter shall not convey or deliver in connection with the initial offering of the Certificates, any Free Writing Prospectus unless such Free Writing Prospectus contains only ABS Informational and Computational Material, as defined in Item 1101(a) of Regulation AB under the Act ("ABS Informational and Computational Material"); provided however, that any such Free Writing Prospectus may also contain a column showing the status of subscriptions for and allotments of the Certificates. The Underwriter shall not convey or deliver any ABS Informational and Computational Material in reliance on Rules 167 and 426 under the Act. Any Free Writing Prospectus prepared by or on behalf of the Underwriter is referred to as an "Underwriter Free Writing Prospectus."
Prior Written Communications Any offer that is a written communication relating to the Securities made prior to the initial filing of the Registration Statement by the Company or any person acting on its behalf (within the meaning, for this paragraph only, of Rule 163(c) of the Securities Act) has been filed with the Commission in accordance with the exemption provided by Rule 163 of the Securities Act and otherwise complied with the requirements of Rule 163 of the Securities Act, including without limitation the legending requirement.
Delivery by Telecopier Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page to this Guaranty Supplement by telecopier shall be effective as delivery of an original executed counterpart of this Guaranty Supplement.
Transmission The Custodian and the Fund shall comply with SWIFT’s authentication procedures. The Custodian will act on FT Instructions received via SWIFT provided the instruction is authenticated by the SWIFT system. § Written Instructions. Instructions may be transmitted in an original writing that bears the manual signature of an Authorized Person(s).
