Short Notice Audit. 8.2.1 During the term of this User Agreement, MedCo may carry out a Short Notice Audit if MedCo reasonably believes that there is one (or more) serious breach(es) of a material term of this User Agreement. 8.2.2 The Short Notice Audit will be carried out in accordance with the Audit Guide published at xxx.xxxxx.xxx.xx as revised from time to time.
