Shortages and Overpayments. Employees who experience shortages or overpayments shall report those shortages or overpayments to their immediate supervisor, and arrangements will be made to make the adjustment. Adjustments for overpayments shall be limited to a maximum of twenty-five percent (25%) of the employee’s net earnings for each pay period until the amount of overpayment has been repaid to the County.
