Attendance Bonus. Employees are eligible for an attendance bonus when every shift is satisfactorily worked throughout the monthly schedule period and no changes are requested in the schedule by the employee except for trading shifts as provided for in Article 13.4.4 or utilizing unpaid union leave. To qualify, a minimum of 130 compensated hours must have been worked during the qualifying period. The bonus will be an additional twenty-five ($0.25) per hour on only the hours worked in the qualifying period.
Attendance Bonus. All Employees who use zero (0) hours of sick leave in a year shall receive $450 as a bonus. Attendance shall be calculated on any twelve (12) month rotating period. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of completion of the twelve (12) month period. An employee who uses sick leave for an FMLA-qualifying event is ineligible for an Attendance Bonus.
Attendance Bonus. Each full-time employee who works as scheduled without using any paid sick leave or unpaid leave during each of the following increments shall be paid one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per increment no later than the second pay following the end of the increment: 1. For nine (9) month employees, the employee’s first paid day of the school year through November 30, and for twelve month employees the first day of school through November 30; 2. December 1 through the last day of February; 3. March 1 through the employee’s last paid day of school; 4. The period beginning with the 1st day of summer break to the 1st day of the next school year provided that this increment applies only to full-time, 12-month employees covered by this agreement. If an employee is awarded all three or four attendance bonuses, whichever is applicable, they will be entitled to an additional payment of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00). This incentive shall be prorated for employees employed less than full-time. Sick leave used for bereavement leave will not count as an absence for the purposes of this provision.
Attendance Bonus. Bargaining unit members who have perfect attendance during a semester of the school year shall receive an attendance bonus of $150. Bargaining unit members who miss no more than one day in a semester shall receive an attendance bonus of $50. Perfect attendance is defined as not using any personal days, sick days, FMLA leave, or unpaid leave. Professional days, workers’ compensation days, jury duty leave, GFT leave, and assault leave will not disqualify a bargaining unit member from earning the attendance bonus. The attendance bonus shall be paid to qualifying bargaining unit members on the pay date covering the pay period which includes the last day of the semester.
Attendance Bonus. If during any working year, from January 1st to June 30th a Bargaining Unit member does not use any accumulated sick leave, that member will be entitled to one (1) personal day off with pay. Any required days off must be with the advance approval of the immediate supervisor. The use of any sick days in the allotted time frame eliminates the bonus day. The previous stated guidelines for attendance bonus are also to be followed from July 1 to December 31. The earned bonus day will be credited to the following half year and must be used within 6 months from date of issue.
Attendance Bonus. Employees who complete one full work year (July 1 – June 30) of service without absence shall receive an attendance bonus of $150. Any portion of a workday where an employee is absent from their assigned duty station will constitute a partial absence and will cause the employee to be ineligible for the “without absence” attendance bonus. Employees who have qualified for the one hundred dollar ($100.00) bonus payments for the July 1 through December 31 and the January 1 through June 30 periods shall receive an additional payment of one-hundred dollars ($100.00), paid in July. Bonuses shall be paid by the second (2nd) pay of July and January and shall not exceed three- hundred dollars ($300.00) per fiscal year. Donated sick leave shall not be counted as time used by the donating employee for purposes of determining eligibility for payment of the attendance bonus.
Attendance Bonus a. If an employee misses one day or less in the quarter, the employee will receive a stipend of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00). The accumulated stipends will be paid in the first pay in June.
